Types of Installations

EIFS

Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) is also known as “synthetic stucco”. EIFS utilizes an insulating foam board within the application, increasing flexibility and R factor. EIFS is a great option when looking to increase your insulation.

Stucco

Traditional stucco is a cementious based product with an elastomeric integral colored finish coat. It is resistant to damage and is a long lasting choice for exterior applications. It is available in numerous textures and unlimited colors.

Stone

Mile High Stucco installs both synthetic and natural stone. Both are beautiful choices for exteriors and are common in the Northern Colorado area. We not only focus on external stone, but interior applications (like fireplaces) as well.
